At one of Emmaus’ three communities (suburban St. Charles campus, rural Marthasville campus, and group homes through the St. Louis metropolitan area), you will help individuals with developmental disabilities create lifestyles suited to their individual goals, needs and abilities.

The employees of Emmaus:

• Assist our residents in their homes with daily living activities, such as meals, transportation, medications and personal care.
• Serve as home managers, overseeing implementation of support in homes, scheduling activities and coordinating and coaching staff.
• Manage, lead and supervise the support staff and home managers in providing quality services by promoting the general health and safety of those being served.

We also have administrative team members to support our homes in the areas of Development, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, Health Services, Staff Education and Quality Assurance.
