Emmaus Events

Emmaus' fundraising events are a fun way to support the residents of Emmaus. Join us as a guest or volunteer to help raise awareness of the Emmaus mission and raise funds to provide quality services to adults with developmental disabilities.

Duckfest 2017

Duckfest, presented by Flynn Drilling & Warrenton Oil Co, is a celebration of all things outdoor with an emphasis on waterfowl hunting. It's all happening October 7th at Elmer's Tavern in the heart of old town St. Peters. This event features live music and plenty of food and drink. You also have the chance to walk away with some great prizes from several raffles tables, or enter to win a a well dug on your property OR $10,000! Blinds, booze baskets, and a dream hunt season are also up for grabs, so you definitely don't want to miss any of those!

Duckfest also features a Calling Contest sponsored by Cabela's & UpperDuck Hunting, that attracts callers from throughout the Midwest. With a Novice, Two Man, and Open Meat divisions, there's a chance for everyone to get in on the action!

Terms and Conditions

Vendor agrees to confine all displays and products to within the designated booth space, refraining from placing signs and products within or over public aisle space, vendor aisle space, or in other vendor's’ space.

Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permit.

Vendor agrees that the booth deposit and final payment are both non-refundable once submitted.

Vendor agrees to Method of Payment agreement. Payment by check requires payment in full at time of application submission; payment by credit/debit card requires a valid card on file, and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100.00 per booth space.

Vendor agrees that the booth space, once committed to, is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.
