February 6, 2009 - Emmaus Homes Open Your Heart
Dinner
 The Emmaus Homes Open Your Heart Dinner is turning 21!
Join other Emmaus supporters for an elegant evening at the historic Renaissance Grand Hotel on upscale Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by dinner and dancing in the beautiful Landmark Ballroom. Mark your calendar now and make your Valentine’s week special!

July 11, 2008 - Founders' Day Celebration at West Campus
Each year, Emmaus Homes' residents, staff, family and community members celebrate the founding of Emmaus over 100 years ago.
 Come to Marthasville for a day of family fun. The West Campus will host a variety of events, including games, music, demonstrations and food. The Founders’ Day parade is a highlight of the day, as residents and staff members decorate floats and march in costume through the scenic Marthasville campus. In the evening, enjoy a professional level fireworks display, donated by a local fireworks distributor.

September 5, 2008 - Emmaus Homes' Benefit Golf
Tournament
Plan now to bring your team-of-three to Bear Creek Golf Club in Wentzville for the 17th Annual Emmaus Homes Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, September 5, 2008. Join with other golfers to support Emmaus’ programs for adults with developmental disabilities, while enjoying 18-holes of golf, lunch, dinner, refreshments and a variety of prize holes.

October 12, 2008 - Friends of Emmaus Fall Bazaar
and Quilt Auction
The annual Fall Bazaar and Quilt Auction, sponsored
by the Friends of Emmaus for the enjoyment of
clients and community, will be held from noon
to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at Emmaus
Homes' West Campus in Marthasville. Community
members, family and friends are invited to join
the residents of Emmaus Homes for a day of shopping,
music, food and fun.
 Featured among the booths and
displays will be children's toys, arts and crafts
items, a flea market, and a plant and flower
sale. Homemade jellies, apple butter and pickles,
along with home-baked goods and fresh produce,
will also be available at the bazaar.
For many, the highlight of the day is the Quilt
Auction. Numerous handmade quilts in various
sizes and patterns, including baby quilts and
wall hangings, are donated by individuals and
church groups.
Guests can also sample a variety of foods from
outdoor food booths or enjoy a sit-down home-style
meal at the Emmaus Homes Dining Hall.
Proceeds from the event are used by the Friends
of Emmaus to support the people and programs
of Emmaus Homes
