The Emmaus vision is to not only provide a home, but also a care continuum, for our residents throughout their lives. As we work to make this possible, we recognize the important role our families and supporters have in sharing the Emmaus story. By joining Emmaus' advocacy efforts, you can give a voice to people with developmental disabilities by:

• contacting legislators by phone, letter or e-mail regarding important issues.
• serving on the Emmaus Advocacy Council.
• visiting legislators on behalf of Emmaus.
• sharing the Emmaus mission with churches and other organizations through Emmaus' Speakers Bureau.
